  Project Overview  
     
  The Menominee Tribe is committed to building a beautiful, $808 million facility that will be a destination for visitors and an asset to Kenosha and the State of Wisconsin. Our plans call for an extremely high-quality entertainment center with upscale amenities and a luxury resort atmosphere. It will also be an economically sustainable project that can make a real difference by creating new jobs, generating new revenue for state and local governments, increasing tourism to the area and providing numerous other community and economic benefits.

  
 
       
  Features include:  
  * A 100,000-square foot gaming floor with 3,100 slot machines and 75 table games  
  * 50,000 square feet of retail space  
  * Restaurants including a buffet, coffee shop, food court, sports bar and fine dining options  
  * 400-room upscale hotel with spa, pool and convention area  
  * 5,000-seat multipurpose entertainment facility capable of attracting headline entertainment  
  * Parking for 8,500 vehicles, including underground valet parking and two structures  
     
Construction is scheduled to be performed in two phases over a total of approximately two years.
